Why is blasting applied before painting?
Blasting removes rust, mill scale and contamination from the metal surface and roughens it, significantly improving the adhesion of paint or coating to the surface.
Which blasting method is right for me?
Drum-type systems are more efficient for small-to-medium cast parts, while hanger-type blasting systems work better for large parts with complex geometry. We provide recommendations based on part size and production volume.
Is painting line integration possible?
