Controlled Surface Treatment for Large Parts
The hanger-type blasting machine is designed for processing large, heavy, or complex-geometry parts for which a drum-type system is not suitable. Parts are secured to a hanger fixture and blasted inside the cabin with 360° access, using either a manual gun or an automatic turbine system.
This method delivers consistent, controlled roughening across all surfaces without damaging the part. It is ideal for steel structure components, large castings and welded assemblies.

In the hanger system, parts are suspended and blasted in a fixed or rotating position; this allows large, heavy or complex-geometry parts to be processed without risk of damage.
What is the maximum part size and weight?
Cabin size and hanger load capacity are sized according to the project; large steel structure parts can also be processed.
Does it operate manually or automatically?
